How do I make a booking?
You can contact us through our website, Facebook or social media to check availability for your date. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll provide all the details you need for your event.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, school holidays and popular dates. Last-minute bookings may still be possible depending on availability.
Do you require a booking fee?
Yes. A booking fee is required to secure your date and chosen equipment or décor. Your booking is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Which areas do you cover?
We provide party and event hire across Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Doncaster, Chesterfield, Worksop, Mansfield and surrounding areas.
If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, just get in touch with your postcode and we can confirm.
Do you provide bouncy castles for indoor venues?
Yes. Many of our bouncy castles can be used indoors, provided the venue has enough floor space and ceiling height.
We recommend checking the dimensions of the castle against your venue before booking.
Can bouncy castles be used outdoors?
Yes, subject to suitable ground conditions and weather.
For outdoor hires, we’ll need a suitable setup area with enough space around the inflatable for safe anchoring and operation.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Inflatable equipment cannot be safely operated in excessive wind or unsuitable weather conditions.
If poor weather is expected, we’ll discuss the available options with you in line with our booking terms.
How much space do I need for a bouncy castle?
The required space varies depending on the inflatable.
You’ll need enough room for the castle itself plus additional clearance around it. Dimensions and space requirements can be confirmed before you book.
What do I need to provide for a bouncy castle?
A suitable setup area and access to a standard mains electricity supply will normally be required.
We provide the inflatable, blower and necessary setup equipment.
What age is soft play suitable for?
Our soft play is designed primarily for babies, toddlers and younger children.
It’s particularly popular for first birthdays, christenings, toddler parties and family celebrations where younger guests need their own play area.
Can I hire soft play and a bouncy castle together?
Yes. Bouncy castles and soft play work really well together, especially for parties with children of different ages.

Can balloon decorations be made in my chosen colours?
Yes. Balloon decorations can be designed around your chosen colour scheme or event theme.
We can discuss your colours, style and any inspiration you have before creating your display.
What balloon decorations do you offer?
Our balloon styling can include balloon arches, garlands, hoops, balloon wraps and decorative displays, with other event styling options available depending on your requirements.
Do you provide decorations for baby showers and christenings?
Yes. We can provide balloon décor, backdrops, flower walls, sequin walls, BABY blocks and other styling for baby showers, christenings, naming ceremonies and first birthdays.
Can I book several items together?
Absolutely. We can combine bouncy castles, soft play, balloons and event décor to create a complete setup.
Our party packages are ideal if you’d prefer to organise several parts of your celebration with one supplier.
Do you set everything up?
Yes. Hire equipment and décor will be professionally set up for you as part of the agreed booking.
Do you collect everything afterwards?
Yes. Where equipment is hired from us, we’ll arrange collection as part of your booking.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes. Appropriate insurance is in place for our hire services.
